My husbandry, socialization, handfeeding and management methods provide the stimulating and nurturing environment necessary for health and development of a chick and the environment for the exotic bird to propagate to achieve offspring.
Show and tell the exotic birds you propagate that is included in the WBCA and under the USFWS enforcement law.
What do you think will happen when ‘aviculture’ is no longer to those regs that Aviculturists fight today say as the ‘14 questionable parrots that are considered for the ESA?
Give yourself credit today by claiming your stand as the individual who propagates the exotic birds that are already species approved by the WBCA and overseen by the USFWS (United States Federal Wildlife Service)
I propagate the birds of interest including most of those 14 exotic birds on the consideration list for ESP in the U.S.A. Over twenty years ago I began my journey as caretaker of the special exotic birds.
Thus, my beginning of the serious position I have today with regard to some of those exotic birds I do propagate today. I am duly licensed by the State and Palm Beach County of Florida and one acre has been classified agriculture for my exotic birds specifically after an inspection by the County of PB, department of Agriculture. Each and every year, I have been licensed by the State of Florida Wildbird Conservation since the beginning of 1990. I file IRS each year since 1990 for business concerning the birds (Farm form).

I also have the Timnehs (2007) and African Congo pairs since 1989…
I have in the past propagate the Moluccan 2 pairs, Umbrellas 4 pairs, Bare Eyed 6 pairs, Rose Breasted Cockatoos 4 pairs (ten years)
and 4 pairs of the Eclectus Vosmaeri almost ten years I propagated the Eclectus.
Not the largest of habitats, however enough to make me have a voice for my position today as an Avianitarian.
Breeder means the act, person, animal or anything that can breed a weed to a animal that is not under the Wild Bird Conservation Act.
I didn’t make the WBCA I only want to protect my interest, passion and rights while I propagate these specific exotic birds.
